We ship with intention, not chaos.
Processing Times
Every order is made-to-order using our print partners (Printful, Printify, and Tapstitch).
That means we don’t bulk stock — we create what you choose.
Because of that, please allow:
2–5 business days for production
1–2 business days extra during peak seasons or restock moments
We’ll email you updates along the way, because no one likes guessing games.
Shipping Times
Once your order leaves the print shop, standard shipping usually takes:
3–7 business days within the U.S.
7–21 days for international orders (customs can be unpredictable, but we’ll keep you informed)
Exact shipping time depends on where you live and which production partner fulfills your item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies depending on weight, destination, and fulfillment partner.
We don’t inflate shipping — you pay what it costs to get your gear to your doorstep safely.
Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Different item = different facility = different tracking number.
It’s normal. It’s intentional. It keeps everything moving forward.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item ships, you’ll get a tracking email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder (email gremlins are real).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We’ve got your back.
If your package shows damaged, send us photos and your order number.
If your package is lost or marked delivered but missing, contact us — we’ll help investigate and make it right where we can.
International Duties & Taxes
Some countries charge customs duties or fees.
Those are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
We know — it’s annoying — but we want you to be aware.
Address Mistakes
Accidentally put “Apt 22” instead of “Apt 2”? It happens.
If you catch an address error, email us ASAP.
If the order has already shipped, we can’t reroute it, but we’ll do our best to help.
